What you need
Four document photos, three details you type about yourself, and your car's details exactly as they appear on its registration.
Before you apply: you need a valid driving licence, and your car must carry a for-hire registration («أجرة») that allows carrying passengers for a fee, not a private one («خصوصي»).

You can correct your car's details while they are still awaiting review. After a decision, they can't be changed from the app yet.
Your licence and the registration must be in date. When one expires, you stop receiving requests until you upload a new one and our team approves it.
How approval works
- You upload your four documents in the app, type in your ID number, licence number and licence expiry, and enter your car's details exactly as they are on its registration.
- A person on our team reviews the documents by hand, checking what you typed against the photos themselves.
- If everything matches, your car and your account are approved together, and you receive requests whenever you go online, unless what you owe us passes your credit limit.
- If a document is refused, the app shows you why, so you can upload a new one. If your application as a whole is refused, the app shows the reason, and only our team can reopen it; contact support if you think it was a mistake.
Fares and settlements
Every city ride's fare is set automatically when the rider asks for it, and you see it on the request before you accept. On trips between cities you set each seat's price yourself, within set limits, when you post the trip.
If our team puts you on a plan, it is either a commission on each completed trip, recorded automatically within a minute of the trip ending, or a fixed weekly or monthly subscription.
When you hand cash to one of our team, it is recorded against your account on the spot, and you get a message confirming the amount.
What you owe builds up on your account. If a credit limit applies to you and your balance passes it, you cannot go online until you settle at least the amount over the limit; the app shows you both figures.
